How can I track my package?
Once you have placed your order, you will receive a confirmation email to track the status of your order. Once your order is shipped you will receive another email to confirm the expected delivery date as well as the link to track your order (when the delivery method allows it).
Additionally, you can track the status of your order from your "order history" section on your account page on the website.
I have not received a notification since placing my order. What should I do?
Normally, a confirmation email will be sent right after you pay your order successfully. Please ensure a correct email address is entered and double-check the spam box. Contact us if you cannot receive any confirmation.
Which backpacks are carry-on compatible?
Most airlines follow dimensions of approximately 14" x 9" x 22" or 35 x 23 x 56 cm. Packs with dimensions that fall at or below those dimensions should work for most airlines. It's always a good idea to review the specific airline for exact dimensions.
How do I keep the leather, nice and clean?
Nothing makes us happier than to hear our customers cherishing our leather items. Our leather is long-lasting but occasional care with leather balm can keep it in its best shape. In case of stains or dust, we advise cleaning them with a soft damp cloth and letting them dry naturally.
Are the leather products resistant to water?
It is totally ok if you got droplets on our leather item, just wipe it away according to our master instructions to maintain its nice finish. Prevent prolonged contact with water to make the leather last.
Can you monogram or emboss your leather goods?
Unfortunately, we are not able to do custom monogramming or engraving on our products. We find that every town has a local leather shop and local engraver that can help if you were to do a quick search.
How to clean your waxed canvas?
Gently brush away dirt with a soft brush or lint-free fabric. Sponge with a little cold water to remove more persistent dirt. Never use hot water, soaps, or solvents. Allow garments to fully dry after cleaning or wear. Never pack away damp. Re-waxing will maintain the weatherproofing and lifespan of the piece. What other steps can I make to ensure the longevity of my luggage?
As you travel and explore, your luggage will inevitably take some wear and tear. We think that the character of your luggage grows with time and use, but we also advise regular care for your items, so they remain your trusted companions for a lifetime of travel. When your luggage is in use, you can give it an extra layer of protection with a luggage cover. When your suitcase isn’t in use, we recommend keeping it in a dirt-free area to prevent the accumulation of dirt and dust.
